Getting There
Two methods to reach Las Terrenas are recommended:
1) Las Terrenas is a 2.5-hour drive from Santo Domingo. Cars can be rented at Santo Domingo International Airport (SDQ). Four-wheel drive or other car with high clearance is recommended. Contact the owners for directions.
2) The Dominican airline AeroDomca provides service from Santo Domingo International Airport (SDQ) to El Portillo, the local airstrip. El Portillo is a five-minute drive to the house. Check the AeroDomca web site for flight schedules
